Isn’t there a university in US offering application fee waiver for courses like plant science, plant pathology or crop and soil science please?

You have not replied to any of my requests and questions.
I asked you please notify me of Universities in US with no application fee for PhD public health for spring and fall 2025 applications.
I also noticed the application fee waiver is not applicable to all departments and some schools would even except application fee waiver for PhD student.
Please, do look into this to avail me with relevant informations on this as well update on universities with an application fee waiver window period specifically for PhD Public Health admission.
