Subject: Application Fee Waiver Request for Mohammad Ghanbari Barzyan
Dear postgraduate team,
I hope this email finds you well. My name is Mohammad Ghanbari Barzyan, and I am writing to express my sincere interest in applying to PHD of politics in humanities and arts faculty.
I am reaching out to request a waiver of the application fee due to inflation and hardship of economic situation.

Thank you very much for considering my request. I look forward to the opportunity to contribute to the PHD of politics in humanities and arts faculty community.
Thank you once again for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Mohammad Ghanbari Barzyan
