3. Fulbright Foreign Student Program

The Fulbright Foreign Student Program is a research initiative funded and developed by the US government. The scholarship is open to anyone pursuing a program at any US university. The scholarship is awarded to 4,000 international students worldwide, and applications open on February 1 of each year. The scholarship covers tuition, airfare, a living stipend, and health insurance, among other expenses.
